Direction for use: wash your body with warm water for 10 minutes, then take a sufficient amount of LA’ FRESH body wash in your palm, (recommended to use latex gloves) and gently massage all over the body. Rinse with cold water. For more softness & moisture, use LA’ FRESH body lotion
